DELIVERY

Finalization and file submission. Following approval for finalization, I will prepare all of your files for submission. During this time, you should pay the remainder of your invoice. Files will not be turned over until payment has been received. Once your invoice has been cleared, you will receive an email with a Google Drive folder that will house all of your high-resolution files. You will have full access to this folder for a 90-day period and can continuously download your files as needed, though it is recommended that you download them as soon as possible to avoid losing them once the folder is removed from Google Drive.

FIRST LOOKS

The proof phase.  After your questionnaire has been submitted, the design process will begin. Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. You will receive your proof for review at some point within that timeframe via the Honeybook Client Portal. Each appointment comes with 3 rounds of changes. Alterations requested after the 3 rounds will come with an additional charge of $15 PER alteration. These accrued fees will be reflected on your invoice. To possibly avoid the up-charge, please try to request all changes in one go per round. Once you are happy and 100% in love with the design, you can approve your proof(s) for finalization.

D-DAY

Appointment day is here! The day has finally come and it's time to get started on your project. You will be provided with a questionnaire. This form is where you'll input all of your project information. You will also find a slot to attach all of your images and/or design elements. Do not rush through this part of the process. Take the proper time to read through each question and fill in your answers as detailed as you possibly can. Forms are due within 24hrs of appointment day. Should your form not be submitted, your appointment will be considered abandoned and a $75 no show fee will apply.

PREP

Prepare for appointment day.  Given I'm usually booked out 6-8 weeks in advance, this will allow you plenty of time to prepare for your appointment. Whether we're working on a cover, branding, formatting, etc, it is paramount you nail down a general design vision. Doesn't have to be elaborate, but having a concept in mind will help make the process smoother. This would also be the time to search and save potential stock images and/or design elements you'd like to see incorporated (if you're not using exclusives). Providing images on the day of your appointment is required. By you personally selecting your images/elements, this will greatly reduce the need for excess alterations during the proofing phase, which in turn will speed up the process to finalization. Also keep in mind, all packages with come with a certain number stock photo credits put towards the design. Every additional photo outside of that credit that needs to be licensed to complete your design is an additional $10 ea.
